When calling a cleaning company, always ask them if they are a member of NCCA (National Carpet Cleaning Association)
- Ask them if their technicians have a certificate for carpet and upholstery cleaning and if they are fully insured. It is always a good idea to ask them to email or send a copy of them for you to see.
- It is very important that they give you at least 7 days warranty after cleaning to make sure if you are not happy with the result, they can come back and re-clean the carpet for you free of charge. If they are a professional company they should even offer you a money back guarantee if are not happy with their re-cleaning work.
- Never pay any money in advance. Let the cleaners finish their job and pay them after you are fully satisfied with their work.
